Selling in a somewhat down market for sellers take takes time.
But after the recommended changes, the property went quickly. There were a few oddball kinks that came up that Katie helped manage through it. For example, the unknown flood plane issue. Katie has good connections for helping update and upgrade the property to put it in the best condition for sale. Katie always followed up in detail with any questions that came up. I appreciated her support.
